Why price per workspace instead of per seat?
Because per-seat pricing punishes exactly the thing you want more of: people using the system. Every teammate you add to a per-seat tool is a line item working against you — so teams under-invite, gatekeep access, and end up with half the company locked out of the data they need. MissionKonsol is a Business Operating System, not a per-user utility: the CRM, Finances, Canvas, Playbooks, and Action Center are only worth anything if the whole team is actually in them. One price covers the whole workspace, so growing your team never grows your bill.
Why do Pro and Business have AI usage limits at all?
Every diagnostic pulse and every Secretary reply is a real AI call — capping them is what lets Pro stay at $29/month instead of pricing in worst-case usage for everyone. Pro includes 10 diagnostic pulses a month for the workspace and 2,000 Secretary messages a month per person. Business removes both caps entirely — unlimited pulses, unlimited Secretary. Most workspaces never come close on Pro; if you do, a Business upgrade fixes it without changing anything else about your plan.
What happens if my workspace hits its pulse or message limit?
You'll see it coming before you hit it — the pulse screen and your Account page both show the running count against your limit. Once you're at the limit, that specific action is blocked until next month, or until you upgrade to Business for unlimited.
Is the Secretary AI message limit shared across my team?
No — it's per person, not pooled across the workspace. Every teammate on Pro or Business gets their own monthly Secretary allowance, so one heavy user can't use up everyone else's.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
Free isn't a trial — it's a real, usable plan with no expiration. Upgrade whenever a limit actually gets in your way, not on a countdown.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Everything you already created stays visible and readable — a downgrade only blocks creating new items past the lower plan's limits, it never hides or deletes what you already have.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Billing Portal inside Account settings — no email required, no retention flow.
